Customer Service Lead – ChemaTox Laboratories

I helped grow ChemaTox from 5 employees to 50, and wore many hats along the way. I helped with various administrative and maintenance related tasks, and developed three of those tasks into multi-employee departments. I was Customer Service Lead for 4 years and managed the companies handling of customer requests.

Assembly Technician – Maverick Enterprises, Inc.

I assembled and installed electronics for pharmaceutical automation. I also installed the completed machines at customer site and provided continued support at customer site. This included debugging ladder logic and troubleshooting wiring, sensors, and the mechanical design.

Technician - Aero Systems, Inc.

At Aero Systems, I built wiring harnesses to MIL-SPEC standards and installed them in aircraft and aircraft mounted hardware. I also designed testing equipment and procedures for testing and troubleshooting the above hardware. Additionally, I installed and troubleshot equipment for aerial photography and LIDAR survey equipment.

Avionics Technician - US Army, Ft. Polk, Louisiana

In the military I troubleshot, repaired,and maintained electrical, avionics, and armament systems on my units helicopters.


Extra curricular

Electrical Volunteer - WOW! Children’s Museum

I help maintain, repair, and build exhibits with minimal direction. This usually involves wiring in new components, troubleshooting installed components and wiring, and replacing components.

Head Non-Skating Official (NSO) – High City Derby Divas

The High City Derby Divas are an all-women roller derby league; as head non-skating official I was responsible for organizing volunteer NSOs for each monthly bout (roller derby event), as well as managing them during the bout and providing training and feedback on their performance. I also filled the role of “Bout Master” on bout day, ensuring that the Bout Committee’s plan was put into effect and resolving all last minute issues that occurred.
