Head Non-Skating Official (NSO) – High City Derby Divas

The High City Derby Divas are an all-women roller derby league; as head non-skating official I was responsible for organizing volunteer NSOs for each monthly bout (roller derby event), as well as managing them during the bout and providing training and feedback on their performance.
